RemoteKey Responsibilities:
- You will create marketing strategies for Talkable clients together with our US Customer Success Team.
- You will own the execution and optimization of referral marketing campaigns.
- You will combine data analysis and client feedback to configure, operate and optimize campaigns to meet client objectives.
- You will also provide valuable feedback to clients about campaign performance and optimization.
- You will communicate and collaborate with internal teams to help define features to improve Talkable platform.
- You will work in the Talkable admin panel to create campaigns using the HTML/CSS knowledge you acquire through our internal training.
Campaign Performance Strategist, Customer Success
RemoteKey Responsibilities:
- Develop comprehensive campaign strategies that align with clients’ business goals and objectives, driving growth and retention.
- Build and nurture strong client relationships to promote loyalty and identify new business opportunities.
- Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., Product, Customer Success, Marketing) to deliver client requests and enhance campaign performance efficiently.
- Analyze campaign performance data to uncover trends, optimize strategies, and proactively anticipate client needs.
- Prepare detailed reports that communicate campaign results and insights to stakeholders, providing actionable recommendations.
- Possess or be willing to learn proficiency in HTML/CSS to support campaign execution and troubleshooting.
Client Success and LiveOps Analyst, Customer Success
RemoteKey Responsibilities:
- Monitor, manage, and report key account metrics and health scores for specific clients to ensure optimal performance.
- Handle internal system setups, management, and optimization for client campaigns.
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure all client requests related to campaigns are efficiently fulfilled in a timely manner.
- Analyze and monitor campaign data to optimize performance, anticipate potential issues, and implement proactive solutions.
- Provide actionable insights based on consumer behavior and operational data to adapt strategies and meet changing client needs.
Growth Marketer, Customer Success
RemoteKey Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement innovative marketing strategies in partnership with the US Customer Success Team to drive growth for Talkable clients.
- Conceive and execute diverse marketing campaigns to increase engagement and customer retention.
- Analyze performance data to monitor campaign effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
- Provide strategic insights and actionable recommendations to enhance campaign results and drive growth.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Customer Success, Product, Marketing) to establish and execute growth strategies.
- Utilize the Talkable admin panel to design, manage, and optimize campaigns, applying HTML/CSS skills learned through internal training.
Growth Product Manager, Customer Success
RemoteKey Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the US Customer Success Team to design and implement product strategies that align with client needs and market demands.
- Lead the execution, monitoring, and optimization of referral marketing campaigns, ensuring alignment with product and client objectives.
- Utilize data analysis and client feedback to refine and enhance product features, driving campaign performance and customer satisfaction.

- Take ownership of executing, optimizing, and continuously improving referral marketing initiatives to ensure alignment with client objectives.

- Collaborate with the Customer Success team to develop and execute strategic referral marketing campaigns tailored for clients.
- Provide actionable insights and recommendations to clients regarding campaign performance and identify areas for enhancement.

User Acquisition and Retention Manager, Customer Success
RemoteKey Responsibilities:
- Build and nurture long-term client relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.

- Collaborate with customers to design and implement effective referral programs tailored to their needs.
