Our goal is to provide flexible technology solutions and the best customer success to enable eCommerce brands to create personalized customer interactions and boost their revenue. We are currently looking for a Front-End Engineer to strengthen our team in Ukraine.

Role Overview:

We are looking for a Front-End Engineer to manage marketing campaigns for our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

• You will work on Talkable customers’ custom marketing campaigns.
• You will create new and maintain existing campaigns, including updates, animation, custom design, A/B tests, and email template development.
• You will work with third-party service integrations to support and enhance platform functionality when necessary.
• You will handle integrations of Talkable into customers’ websites, including troubleshooting and problem-solving.
• You will have diverse tasks, ranging from creating and configuring campaigns to integrating with other services.

Qualifications:

• You have 2+ years of experience working with Vanilla JS, CSS (SCSS), and HTML.
• You understand and know how to increase performance, find memory leaks, and structure JavaScript without a framework.
• You have experience in troubleshooting and handling diverse types of tasks.
• You are skilled in designing, implementing, and maintaining APIs, resolving related issues, and working with RESTful and SOAP APIs, as well as using API management tools.
• You have an Intermediate level of English, both written and verbal, and you are comfortable dealing with requests from the Customer Success and Integrations team.
• Knowledge of Shopify (including Liquid) and Node.js is a plus.
