We’re excited to announce a new feature at Talkable that will make your loyalty program even more successful: the ability to allow negative points balance in the Loyalty Product.
Now, you may enable negative points balance in your Loyalty Space, granting your users the flexibility of earning and spending points in line with your loyalty program.
To enable this feature, go to All Site settings. Choose Points Configuration, then find the Allow negative points toggle. Once the settings are adjusted, loyalty members will be allowed to have a negative point balance, ranging from -∞ to ∞.
It’s important to note, however, that if the point balance is negative, the loyalty member will not be able to redeem points on the loyalty dashboard.
