[Custom App Webhooks] Configurable Timeout

Previously, the timeout duration for custom app webhook payloads was fixed, offering limited flexibility. Users had no control over setting the timeout period based on specific use-cases, potentially leading to unwanted delays or premature terminations of webhook events.

We’ve added a new technical key, _request_timeout, in the custom app action payload that allows users to specify the desired timeout period for their requests.

You can now set specific timeout durations based on the needs of each custom app action, offering greater control and flexibility.
