1 year agoFollowing our recent update that introduced standard UTM source tag tracking in traffic sources, we have now expanded our analytics capabilities to include four more UTM Tags and three custom segments.
These new segments and UTM Tags have been integrated into various Talkable reports, allowing for deeper data analysis and segmentation.
1. Segments Integration:
- Up to three custom segments can now be defined and stored via Talkable integration.
- Clients have the flexibility to pass various parameters (like country, gender, product type, other) in a string_number format through our API integration.
2. Purchase Details – Segments Tab:
- Access both UTM Tags and Segments in the Purchase Details under the Segments Tab.
3. Metrics Aggregation Report (Select specific segment, Segment by specified parameter):
- Utilize segments/UTMs for detailed data analysis.
- Apply filters for specific segments or UTM parameters, like UTM Campaign=Facebook.
4. Purchases Report (Advanced Filters):
- The new Segment Tab in Advanced Filters allows filtering purchases by UTMs or segments.
Impact: These updates provide a more robust framework for tracking and understanding customer behaviors and campaign performance, offering deeper insights into your referral programs.
Note: To begin using Custom Segments, please reach out to your dedicated Customer Success Manager. They will assist you in enabling this feature for your account and guide you through the setup process.
