4 months agoProblem: Previously, users had limited capability to analyze program performance over varying periods, as the dashboard only allowed viewing data by day within selected date ranges. This restriction made it difficult to observe long-term trends and aggregate performance metrics effectively.
Solution: To address this, we’ve introduced a “Group by period” selector on the dashboard, significantly enhancing the flexibility of data analysis. Users can now group data by day, week, month, quarter, or year, facilitating a more comprehensive review of program performance across different timeframes.
Updates:
- Enhanced Grouping Options: Users can select from new grouping options — day, week, month, quarter, and year — to better align their data analysis with their reporting and strategic planning needs.
- Improved Insights: This update provides users with the ability to discern broader trends and patterns in Site Revenue and Talkable Referral Revenue, making it easier to track performance improvements or declines over time.
This enhancement empowers users to conduct more nuanced analysis and make informed decisions by visualizing data trends across various periods, directly from the dashboard.
