We are excited to introduce new tracking capabilities and metrics specifically designed for our Reward Gleam campaigns. The newly added metrics aim to provide more detailed insights into campaign performance, enabling you to better understand its effectiveness.
The Reward Gleam is a dynamic feature designed to boost on-site conversion rates by making it easier for Friends and Advocates to use their reward coupons. When Friends or Advocates visit your website after earning a reward, the Reward Gleam captures the coupon code and displays it in a highlighted bar at the bottom of the page. However, until now, it was challenging to gauge the real impact of these campaigns due to limited available data.
We have added the following metrics to offer more granular tracking of Gleam Campaign activities:
- Gleam Sales
- Gleam Conversion Rate
- Gleam Offer Shown
- Gleam Copy Button Clicks
- Gleam Expand Clicks
- Gleam Close Button Clicks
To make it easier for you to access these new metrics, we’ve also revamped the Gleam Campaign dashboard. You can now monitor these metrics directly from the dashboard, allowing for quicker analysis and decision-making.
