We’re thrilled to announce an important update to our system that will enhance the functionality and user experience for all our clients and end users. We have addressed an issue where consumer emails uploaded in an existing customer upload did not appear in the People Report or the CSP lookup, potentially resulting in blocked shares and confusion for customer support teams.

With this update, we have made the system more intuitive and functional by implementing a search feature that covers the “search” case, allowing users to easily find and identify existing people in the system. This means that consumer emails uploaded in an existing customer upload will now be included in the search results, making it easier for customer support teams and site admins to identify and resolve any share blocking issues.

This improvement ensures that all uploaded consumer emails, including those in existing customer uploads, are appropriately reflected in the People Report and CSP lookup, providing a more seamless experience for both clients and end users. We are committed to continuously improving our system to meet the needs of our users, and we believe this update will greatly enhance the functionality and usability of our platform.
