Problem: there were cases when Advocate couldn’t share by email with a friend, and they didn’t understand why. The CS team then created a support ticket to determine the reason if they couldn’t figure it out independently.

Solution: now we added a direct link in the Customer Support Portal to the Person Details Report, which now has a ‘Failed Email Shares by this person’ section.

This enhancement provides a more efficient way to understand why an advocate might be unable to share by email. The Customer Support team can now quickly access the relevant information without needing to create a support ticket, leading to faster resolution times and better service to advocates.

To access this new feature, simply navigate to the Customer Support Portal and click on the direct link to the Person Details Report.
