Our strategic expansion now includes integration with Shopify POS, allowing customers to redeem referral codes both online and in physical stores. How It Works

  1. When a customer visits a physical store, the shopping assistant requests their email or phone number.
  2. The assistant enters the customer’s details into Shopify POS to access their profile and coupon history.
  3. Shopify POS displays available Talkable referral codes. The assistant selects the appropriate code and applies it to the transaction.
  4. The transaction details, including the redeemed coupon code, are synchronized with Talkable’s database in real time. This ensures the coupon is marked as redeemed and prevents duplicate redemptions.
