1 year agoProblem: When analyzing funnel metrics such as sharers, offer clicks, and site visits and others related to the user’s activity, the inclusion of Quality Assurance (QA) data has been skewing results and causing discrepancies. While we have already excluded QA data from Referral and Sales metrics, this QA data remained present in Activities Metrics.
Solution: We’d like to introduce a new feature — an “Exclude QA-generated” filter that is enabled by default in the Metrics Aggregation Report (MAR). The filter will be turned on by default, making it easier for you to immediately see cleaned-up data. With this filter activated, all QA-generated data is automatically removed from the Activities Metrics:
