2 years agoToday, we’re excited to announce a new feature in Talkable: the ability to filter Reward reports.
With this new update, you can filter your Reward report by friend, advocate, and if the coupon was used. This gives you more granular insights into who’s referring customers and what your program’s ROI is.
With the new filter capabilities, you can:
• Easily identify which customers are advocates and which are friends, allowing you to understand the behavior of each group better.
• Discover which customers have used their coupons, giving you valuable information on their conversion rate.
• Get a better understanding of your ROI by seeing how many customers redeemed coupons, allowing you to make more informed decisions.
