New Metrics Added to the Metrics Aggregation Report

We are thrilled to announce that Talkable has added a new set of metrics to help you better understand the financial impact of your referral campaigns. We have added Platform Expenses Metrics for all clients, which can be found in the Metrics Aggregation Report.

The new metrics include the following:

  • % ROI: This metric is calculated as ‘($ Ideal Sales – $ Platform Expenses) / $ Platform Expenses)’ and can help you understand the return on investment of your referral campaigns.

  • $ Net Profit: This metric is calculated as ‘$ Ideal Sales – $ Platform Expenses’ and can help you understand the financial impact of your referral campaigns on your bottom line.

  • Total New Customers: this metric counts the number of first-time purchases for a given time period, both referral and non-referral. With this new metric, users will be able to better understand their customer acquisition and retention rates, as well as track the effectiveness of their referral programs. Additionally, Talkable can differentiate the number of referred New Referral customers – New Referral customers (ideal)
