We’ve heard feedback from some of our clients about issues they faced while unzipping the reports that Talkable sends. In order to enhance user experience and simplify the process, we have implemented changes to the way we deliver reports.
In the ‘All Site Settings – General Settings’, there is an option called “Password protected reports”. When this option is enabled, CSV export reports are compressed into password-protected ZIP files for added security.
Prior to this update, even if this setting was disabled, we continued to send reports in ZIP file format, albeit without password protection. Based on the feedback received, we realized that this approach was not ideal for all clients.
With this update, when the “Password protected reports” setting is disabled, we will now send reports directly as CSV files, not compressed into ZIP format. This eliminates the need for unzipping and ensures quick, hassle-free access to your reports.
This change aims to make our report delivery system more adaptable to your needs, ensuring a smoother, more efficient experience when accessing and managing your reports.
