1 month agoOur clients expressed the need for more detailed visibility into the Rewards Report, specifically regarding Friends who have received a referral code but have not yet made a purchase, as well as more comprehensive tracking of rewards and their statuses.
To address these client requests, we have enhanced the Rewards Report with several new features:
- Email Column Customization: Introduced checkboxes to select the visibility of either the Advocate’s email (“AD email”) or the Friend’s email (“FR email”) in the report. These columns help distinguish between rewards attributed directly to Advocates or their Friends.
- Renamed ‘Email’ Column: The general “Email” column has been renamed to “Recipient” to clarify the recipient of the reward.
- New Filter “Friend’s Email”: Added to the “Advanced Filters” section, allowing users to pinpoint rewards associated with specific Friends by their email addresses.

- Friends Who Have Not Made a Purchase:
- Rewarded: Yes
- Reward for: Friend
- Coupon Used: No
- Advocates Whose Friends Redeemed Coupons:
- Rewarded: Yes
- Reward for: Friend

- Include “AD Email” in Additional Columns
These improvements offer our clients a more tailored and insightful analysis of their rewards, enhancing the management and effectiveness of their referral programs.
