[Shopify Integration] Purchase Syncing Validation Improvements

Problem: Previously, our Shopify integration encountered errors during purchase syncing when a purchase was made without an email address or when a coupon code was too short. These issues prevented successful syncing and storage of purchase data within Talkable.

Solution: To address these challenges and enhance the robustness of our purchase syncing process, we’ve implemented several improvements:

1. Email Generation: For transactions lacking an email, the system now automatically generates one.
2. Coupon Code Handling: Coupon codes that are either too short (less than 3 characters) or too long (more than 255 characters) are now automatically skipped during the purchase registration process. This prevents errors related to coupon code length from impacting the syncing process.

These changes are designed to minimize errors and ensure smoother operation of Shopify integrations with Talkable, enhancing both the user experience and data integrity.
