Talkable Video Stats

We improved the Talkable Video feature by updating and expanding the range of data displayed for each video in the Advocate Offer Videos report. This improvement aims to provide users with more insightful and actionable information about their video referrals.

Enhancements:

1. Updated Video Details:
   • Display the user’s first and last name beneath each video. If the names are not available, the user’s email should be shown instead. This user identifier will be clickable, directing users to the Customer Service Portal (CSP) for a more detailed view.
2. Include metrics directly beneath the video showcasing:
   • The number of clicks received on the referral link associated with the video.
   • The total number of referrals generated from the video.
3. Sorting Functionality:
   • Introduce new sorting options for videos within the library, allowing users to order videos based on:
     • Date uploaded (ascending and descending order)
     • Number of clicks on the referral link (ascending and descending order)
     • Number of referrals generated (ascending and descending order)

This update is anticipated to significantly improve the user experience by offering increased transparency and deeper insights into the performance of individual videos. Users can look forward to a more interactive and easily navigable library, featuring enhanced sorting options and quick access to detailed contributor profiles.
