Talkable account has several different role types:
- Admin Role – a user who has access to most parts of the platform. Can create users within one account and give access to the same sites they are admins.
- Write Role – has less access than the admin role, usually used for campaign managers. Can set up and launch campaigns and everything that is needed for this. Can’t modify the site settings.
- Read Role – almost the same as write role but can’t modify data, only read.
- CSP-only role – introduced for Customer Service Portal, when managers can get information about referrals and so on.
Now you can manage access to other sites in your Account by simply using the Account and Site settings.
HOW DOES IT WORK?
There are two sections where the roles may be controlled:
- Account Level (Hamburger Menu >> Users & Privileges)
- Site #1
- Active users (Admin Options: Password reset; Edit; Deactivate)
- Deactivated users (Admin Options: Password reset; Edit; Activate)
- Create a new user option
- Site #2
