Video Metrics Now Available in Metrics Aggregation Report (MAR)

We’re excited to announce that video metrics are now directly available in the Metrics Aggregation Report (MAR). This eliminates the need for going through our Customer Success Team and using support scripts to get this valuable information.

Prior to this update, if you wanted to measure video engagement related to your referral program, you would need to consult our Customer Success Team for a special support script. We recognized that this wasn’t the most convenient approach for our clients. To make this process more streamlined and transparent, we have introduced a new ‘Video’ category in MAR.

Note: This feature will only be available to clients who have the video feature enabled.
